Knights finish Off-Season workout program!


The Knights and Lady Knights have just finished there Off-Season workout program.

Consisting of the Core, Leg & Back, Chest, Triceps & Shoulder and Plyometrics the Knights are the fittest and strongest they have been in years!

We have been getting fit to achieve our goals during the season but mainly to test our mental strength.........if you have ever done P90X you will realise that whilst it is tough physically it tests you mentally more than anything!

This is just another part of the Knights Golf teams trying to get better in everyway possible.

We know we are ready for the season........are you?!?
